Humberto Conde, Architect.

Was born in 1968 in Lisbon.

Graduated in Architecture by Lusíada University in Lisbon in 1993.

In the academic period, collaborates with several Architectural offices.

In 1998 he founds “HRA – Lisboa, developing projects of various kinds, the most important being: Housing, Retail, Services and Hotel Unit with 200 Rooms in Campo Pequeno, Lisboa; Housing and Services "Estoril 153"; Housing "Terraços de Cascais"; Urban planning and Housing Project "Quinta Vale Verde" in Bicesse, Cascais; Student Residence for the Polytechnic Institute of Santarém; Headquarters of Rehabilitation Society in Lisbon “Sociedade de Reabilitação Urbana da Lisboa Ocidental; Housing, Retail and Services "Amadora XXI"; Swimming Pools and Rooms Activities Centre "Carcavelos XXI ", and several International contests with awards.

Some of his works are published in various magazines and websites, national and international, with some projects having received particular exposure in some publications.

Francisco Nuno Batista, Lawyer.

Was born in 1983 in Lisbon.

Graduated in Law by Portuguese Catholic University in Lisbon in 2006.

Post graduate in Tax Lax by “Lisbon´s University” (2006-2007).

Post graduate in “Juridical Sciences” (Civil and Criminal Law, Civil and Criminal Procedure Law) by Portuguese Catholic University (2009-2010).

Post graduate in Advanced Tax Law by Portuguese Catholic University (2011).

João Graça, Consultant.

Was born in 1943 in Lisbon.

Degree in Economics from the University of Geneva.

Postgraduate degree in Auditing for "Expert-comptable".

Has worked as Statutory Auditor in the area of international tax and bank audit, and is currently retired.

Professor in several Audit courses and Assistant Professor at the University of Geneva.

Has lived and worked for an extended period of time outside Portugal.
